Overcoming Contemporary Challenges

Introduction
The progressive intricacy of the business world has brought about changes in the roles and functions of management accounting (MA) that were previously considered traditional ones. All these developments, from fast-paced technological advancements such as algorithmic systems and artificial intelligence (AI) to global demand for mainly human expertise and good conduct, along with global factors like political instability and climate change, are altering the MA operations. The situation is so that the management accounting profession needs to think hard and deeply about how it still adds value to current organisations.
The PhD Assistance Research Lab happily extends its support to the authors who are preparing their manuscripts for the special issue “Reflections on the value of management accounting in organisations: Overcoming contemporary challenges.” Our services not only clarify the writings but also boost the argument, make them fit with the special issue’s theme, and bring them up to the publication standards without losing the depth and originality of the research.
Scope
The editorial board of this special issue is looking for papers that will not merely restate but also critically analyse the bases, functions, and changing significance of management accounting in the intricate organisational contexts of today. Theoretical as well as practical viewpoints regarding the influence of management accounting on decision-making, managerial tasks, and building up the value of organisations stressed by modern-day challenges are also invited.
Know More About This Issue
