What will you do?

This may include software such as statistical analysis tools, data visualization software, and frameworks like SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL analysis, and various business modeling techniques, Change Management Models (e.g., Kotter's 8-Step Model), Competency-Based Management, Resource-Based View (RBV), Game Theory, Contingency Theory, Organizational Culture Frameworks (e.g., Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions), Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, Agency Theory, Transaction Cost Economics, Stakeholder Theory, Knowledge Management Frameworks, Innovation Models (e.g., Diffusion of Innovations), Market Entry Strategies, Corporate Governance Models (e.g., Cadbury Report), Servant Leadership.
• Implement business management strategies and frameworks, leveraging tools such as business process modeling software, project management tools, and enterprise resource planning systems for effective business analysis and strategy implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Business Management to produce cutting-edge research content, including the application of contemporary business theories and frameworks.

What do you need?

• A Post Doc/PhD/master's degree or expertise in the field of Business Management, with specialization in relevant subfields.
