Housing is not only shelter; it is a manifestation of social justice, urban development, and economic sustainability. These topics have emerged as urban areas grow and populations increase, making housing studies a key focus of determining how we can address affordability crisis, urban inequality, sustainable development, and increasingly, housing policy in a rapidly changing legislative landscape.
