What will you do?

This may include software such as statistical analysis tools, data visualization software, and frameworks like SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL analysis, and various HR management models and theories like Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, Agency Theory, Transaction Cost Economics, Stakeholder Theory, Knowledge Management Frameworks, and more.
  • Implement Human Resource Management strategies and frameworks, leveraging tools such as HR software systems, talent management platforms, and performance appraisal systems for effective HR analysis and strategy implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Human Resource Management to produce cutting-edge research content, including the application of contemporary HR theories and frameworks.

What do you need?

  • A Post Doc/PhD/master's degree or expertise in the field of Human Resource Management, with specialization in relevant subfields.
  • Prior experience in research and writing, along with a preferred certification in academic writing, editing, publishing, technical report writing, scientific and technical communication, journal article composition, and more.
