Focus: Investigating the need for new evaluation metrics that measure knowledge brokers’ contributions to long-term sustainability, organizational capacity building, and policy outcomes that extend beyond short-term engagement indicators.

10. Institutionalizing Knowledge Brokering: Overcoming Organizational Challenges for Greater Impact

Focus: Reviewing how organizations can institutionalize knowledge brokering to combat organizational issues including limited incentives, absence of clear performance evaluation, and lack of long-term career opportunities in the field.
