TEAM STRUCTURES: Team structures are followed by several organizations to improve productivity there will be a team with expertise in some specified skills set to perform certain tasks under the supervision. An effective team is very knowledgeable with good communication skills, decision-making, and leadership skills along with time-management and interpersonal and management skills. These skillsets of team members will frame the structure for the team which provides the best results for the organization. Good management and a good team will lead the successful organization which plays crucial roles in all the phases of the organization.

DEVELOPMENT:In organization terminologies, development is giving birth to new products or services. Developing new products from smartphones to matchboxes and services from Information Technology to Medical Services will come under the production and service management. The role and responsibility of the development team are to understand the requirement from customers/users/clients. The product or service has to be developed/designed/produced accordingly. The ultimate goal is to satisfy the customer/user/client is a priority.
